Reciprocity:

If you have an active license and hold a broker’s license or sales person’s license (except in ME), then you can just take the NH State portion of the NH exam (this may be qualified by having taken the entire examination in your own state mentioned above). There is no educational requirements for reciprocity candidates – this program is optional in preparation for this exam. Our NH classes #5 and #7 can be found on our regular school calendar. Select which class(es) work best for your schedule. Payment may be made at class or online through PayPal.

We offer two options.
1. Attend our class # 5 and/or class #7 to get the state info. Cost $125.
2. We also offer two NH State books, green and grey, that are available for purchase. They are each $70.

It is your responsibility to verify with the NH Real Estate Commission whether you are eligible for Reciprocity.

We suggest that all people who go through our school purchase the Green and Gray books at a cost of $140 total. These books cover the NH state information which will give them all the information needed to pass the NH portion of the exam.

We have two NH State informational books. 

Our Green and Gray books are New Hampshire specific and are for both salesperson’s and broker’s exams. If you purchase them, save them for when you go for broker’s license. We use the two books in tandem with classes #5 and class #7. Each book is $70.
